Mason home prices fall in June 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2018 in Mason fell by $1,500 while total sales decreased by 19.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2018, there were 57 homes sold, with a median sale price of $225,000 - a 0.7% decrease over the $226,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 71 homes sold in Mason in June 2017.
