South Lebanon home prices fall in June 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2018 in South Lebanon fell by $30,000 while total sales increased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2018, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $80,000 - a 27.3% decrease over the $110,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in South Lebanon in June 2017.
