Carlisle home prices rise in June 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2018 in Carlisle rose by $250 while total sales increased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2018, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $110,250 - a 0.2% increase over the $110,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Carlisle in June 2017.
