Carlisle home prices fall in May 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2018 in Carlisle fell by $3,225 while total sales increased by 25%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2018, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $110,000 - a 2.8% decrease over the $113,225 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Carlisle in May 2017.
