Deerfield Township home prices fall in May 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2018 in Deerfield Township fell by $17,000 while total sales increased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2018, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $230,000 - a 6.9% decrease over the $247,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Deerfield Township in May 2017.
