Lebanon home prices fall in April 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2018 in Lebanon fell by $11,100 while total sales increased by 14.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2018, there were 39 homes sold, with a median sale price of $174,900 - a 6% decrease over the $186,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 34 homes sold in Lebanon in April 2017.
