Deerfield Township home prices fall in March 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2018 in Deerfield Township fell by $102,600 while total sales increased by 100%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2018, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $188,900 - a 35.2% decrease over the $291,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Deerfield Township in March 2017.
