Morrow home prices rise in February 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2018 in Morrow rose by $23,345 while total sales decreased by 40%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2018, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $199,500 - a 13.3% increase over the $176,155 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 10 homes sold in Morrow in February 2017.
