South Lebanon home prices rise in January 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2018 in South Lebanon rose by $14,450 while total sales decreased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2018, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $72,200 - a 25% increase over the $57,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in South Lebanon in January 2017.
