Waynesville home prices fall in January 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2018 in Waynesville fell by $115,000 while total sales decreased by 44.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2018, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $84,000 - a 57.8% decrease over the $199,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were nine homes sold in Waynesville in January 2017.
