Franklin home prices rise in January 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2018 in Franklin rose by $38,500 while total sales decreased by 26.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2018, there were 19 homes sold, with a median sale price of $144,000 - a 36.5% increase over the $105,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 26 homes sold in Franklin in January 2017.
