Morrow home prices rise in January 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2018 in Morrow rose by $37,400 while total sales decreased by 83.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2018, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $227,900 - a 19.6% increase over the $190,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 18 homes sold in Morrow in January 2017.
