Franklin home prices fall in December 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in December 2017 in Franklin fell by $10,000 while total sales decreased by 65.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In December 2017, there were 14 homes sold, with a median sale price of $116,000 - a 7.9% decrease over the $126,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 41 homes sold in Franklin in December 2016.
