Lebanon home prices fall in December 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in December 2017 in Lebanon fell by $32,750 while total sales decreased by 68.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In December 2017, there were 14 homes sold, with a median sale price of $160,000 - a 17% decrease over the $192,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 44 homes sold in Lebanon in December 2016.
