Franklin home prices rise in November 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2017 in Franklin rose by $22,500 while total sales decreased by 46.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2017, there were 21 homes sold, with a median sale price of $130,000 - a 20.9% increase over the $107,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 39 homes sold in Franklin in November 2016.
