Mason home prices rise in November 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2017 in Mason rose by $2,000 while total sales decreased by 32.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2017, there were 23 homes sold, with a median sale price of $180,000 - a 1.1% increase over the $178,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 34 homes sold in Mason in November 2016.
