South Lebanon home prices fall in October 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2017 in South Lebanon fell by $131,800 while total sales increased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2017, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $50,200 - a 72.4% decrease over the $182,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in South Lebanon in October 2016.
