Carlisle home prices rise in October 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2017 in Carlisle rose by $7,000 while total sales increased by 66.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2017, there were 10 homes sold, with a median sale price of $120,400 - a 6.2% increase over the $113,400 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Carlisle in October 2016.
