Pleasant Plain home prices rise in October 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2017 in Pleasant Plain rose by $109,400 while total sales decreased by 25%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2017, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $216,500 - a 102.1% increase over the $107,100 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Pleasant Plain in October 2016.
