Deerfield Township home prices fall in September 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2017 in Deerfield Township fell by $132,450 while total sales remained unchanged with two homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2017, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $233,500 - a 36.2% decrease over the $365,950 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Deerfield Township in September 2016, as well.
