Carlisle home prices rise in August 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2017 in Carlisle rose by $20,450 while total sales remained unchanged with six homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2017, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $119,950 - a 20.6% increase over the $99,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Carlisle in August 2016, as well.
