Waynesville home prices rise in August 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2017 in Waynesville rose by $111,500 while total sales increased by 100%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2017, there were 16 homes sold, with a median sale price of $217,500 - a 105.2% increase over the $106,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Waynesville in August 2016.
