Pleasant Plain home prices rise in July 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2017 in Pleasant Plain rose by $5,000 while total sales increased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2017, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $180,000 - a 2.9% increase over the $175,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Pleasant Plain in July 2016.
