South Lebanon home prices fall in June 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2017 in South Lebanon fell by $13,772 while total sales remained unchanged with four homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2017, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $110,000 - a 11.1% decrease over the $123,772 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in South Lebanon in June 2016, as well.
