Lebanon home prices rise in March 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2017 in Lebanon rose by $5,125 while total sales decreased by 9.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2017, there were 38 homes sold, with a median sale price of $162,375 - a 3.3% increase over the $157,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 42 homes sold in Lebanon in March 2016.
