Waynesville home prices rise in March 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2017 in Waynesville rose by $38,225 while total sales decreased by 27.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2017, there were eight homes sold, with a median sale price of $198,125 - a 23.9% increase over the $159,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 11 homes sold in Waynesville in March 2016.
