Lebanon home prices fall in February 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2017 in Lebanon fell by $11,498 while total sales increased by 4.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2017, there were 23 homes sold, with a median sale price of $167,000 - a 6.4% decrease over the $178,498 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 22 homes sold in Lebanon in February 2016.
