Harveysburg home prices rise in the second quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2018 in Harveysburg rose by $22,750 while total sales increased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2018, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $125,000 - a 22.2% increase over the $102,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Harveysburg in the second quarter of 2017.
