Waynesville home prices rise in the second quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2018 in Waynesville rose by $27,550 while total sales increased by 36.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2018, there were 41 homes sold, with a median sale price of $220,000 - a 14.3% increase over the $192,450 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 30 homes sold in Waynesville in the second quarter of 2017.
