Pleasant Plain home prices rise in the second quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2018 in Pleasant Plain rose by $50,575 while total sales decreased by 25%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2018, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $260,000 - a 24.1% increase over the $209,425 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Pleasant Plain in the second quarter of 2017.
