Pleasant Plain home prices fall in the first quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2018 in Pleasant Plain fell by $155,510 while total sales decreased by 75%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2018, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $27,240 - a 85.1% decrease over the $182,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Pleasant Plain in the first quarter of 2017.
