Lebanon home prices rise in the first quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2018 in Lebanon rose by $17,625 while total sales increased by 5.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2018, there were 101 homes sold, with a median sale price of $180,000 - a 10.9% increase over the $162,375 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 96 homes sold in Lebanon in the first quarter of 2017.
