Morrow home prices rise in the first quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2018 in Morrow rose by $10,000 while total sales decreased by 49%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2018, there were 25 homes sold, with a median sale price of $193,000 - a 5.5% increase over the $183,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 49 homes sold in Morrow in the first quarter of 2017.
