Franklin home prices fall in the fourth quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2017 in Franklin fell by $5,367 while total sales decreased by 33.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2017, there were 78 homes sold, with a median sale price of $107,950 - a 4.7% decrease over the $113,317 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 118 homes sold in Franklin in the fourth quarter of 2016.
