South Lebanon home prices rise in the third quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2017 in South Lebanon rose by $7,500 while total sales decreased by 5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2017, there were 19 homes sold, with a median sale price of $90,000 - a 9.1% increase over the $82,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 20 homes sold in South Lebanon in the third quarter of 2016.
