Morrow home prices rise in the third quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2017 in Morrow rose by $43,750 while total sales increased by 13.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2017, there were 74 homes sold, with a median sale price of $208,750 - a 26.5% increase over the $165,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 65 homes sold in Morrow in the third quarter of 2016.
