Carlisle home prices rise in the second quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2017 in Carlisle rose by $9,050 while total sales decreased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2017, there were nine homes sold, with a median sale price of $110,000 - a 9% increase over the $100,950 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 18 homes sold in Carlisle in the second quarter of 2016.
