Hunter home prices fall in the first quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2017 in Hunter fell by $6,600 while total sales increased by 37.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2017, there were 11 homes sold, with a median sale price of $124,900 - a 5% decrease over the $131,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Hunter in the first quarter of 2016.
