Mason home prices rise in the first quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2017 in Mason rose by $16,500 while total sales decreased by 0.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2017, there were 109 homes sold, with a median sale price of $185,000 - a 9.8% increase over the $168,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 110 homes sold in Mason in the first quarter of 2016.
