Carlisle home prices fall in the first half of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2018 in Carlisle fell by $6,375 while total sales increased by 20%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2018, there were 30 homes sold, with a median sale price of $115,625 - a 5.2% decrease over the $122,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 25 homes sold in Carlisle in the first half of 2017.
