Blanchester home prices fall in the second half of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2017 in Blanchester fell by $1,000 while total sales remained unchanged with seven homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2017, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $174,000 - a 0.6% decrease over the $175,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Blanchester in the second half of 2016, as well.
