Lebanon home prices fall in the second half of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2017 in Lebanon fell by $2,000 while total sales decreased by 23.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2017, there were 225 homes sold, with a median sale price of $178,500 - a 1.1% decrease over the $180,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 294 homes sold in Lebanon in the second half of 2016.
