Hunter home prices rise in 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in 2017 in Hunter rose by $3,950 while total sales increased by 14.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2017, there were 40 homes sold, with a median sale price of $139,950 - a 2.9% increase over the $136,000 median sale price for the previous year. There were 35 homes sold in Hunter in 2016.
