Franklin home prices rise in the second half of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2019 in Franklin rose by $5,000 while total sales decreased by 12.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2019, there were 219 homes sold, with a median sale price of $135,000 - a 3.8% increase over the $130,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 251 homes sold in Franklin in the second half of 2018.
