Landen home prices rise in the second half of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2019 in Landen rose by $43,000 while total sales decreased by 16.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2019, there were 112 homes sold, with a median sale price of $248,000 - a 21% increase over the $205,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 134 homes sold in Landen in the second half of 2018.
