Harveysburg home prices fall in the first half of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2019 in Harveysburg fell by $30,150 while total sales increased by 25%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2019, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $94,900 - a 24.1% decrease over the $125,050 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Harveysburg in the first half of 2018.
