Blanchester home prices fall in the first half of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2019 in Blanchester fell by $45,000 while total sales decreased by 20%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2019, there were eight homes sold, with a median sale price of $196,500 - a 18.6% decrease over the $241,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 10 homes sold in Blanchester in the first half of 2018.
