Clarksville home prices fall in the first half of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2019 in Clarksville fell by $28,500 while total sales increased by 100%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2019, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $231,500 - a 11% decrease over the $260,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Clarksville in the first half of 2018.
