Carlisle home prices fall in the second half of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2018 in Carlisle fell by $6,300 while total sales decreased by 23.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2018, there were 36 homes sold, with a median sale price of $118,700 - a 5% decrease over the $125,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 47 homes sold in Carlisle in the second half of 2017.
