Franklin home prices rise in the second half of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2018 in Franklin rose by $20,500 while total sales increased by 29.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2018, there were 251 homes sold, with a median sale price of $130,000 - a 18.7% increase over the $109,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 194 homes sold in Franklin in the second half of 2017.
